Internet Safety
Please be careful when surfing the web. Most websites are safe and will not cause any problems but it is always essential to use firewall and antivirus sfotware (many can be found for free - just search on Google) and make sure you have the latest versions.
It's also important to ensure you have all the latest updates for your browser, your operating system (such as Windows XP, Vista etc) and plugins and software such as Flash Player and Adobe acrobat Reader, all of which can be vulnerable to attacks if not maintained.
