To view the virtual tour you need to have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. Most computers already have this but if you don't you can download it free of charge from the Adobe website. Please note, you may be asked if you want to download other software such an anti-virus programme. Since this is not necessary for Flash to work (and is often a trial version), make sure that any such option is left unselected. This will speed up your download of the Flash Player.

Do you have Flash Player installed and still can't see the tour?

The most common cause for this is that javascript is turned off in your browser. Please make sure javascript is turned on; sometimes pop-up blockers also prevent the tour from loading - you may find that turning pop-up blockers off will help.

Windows users

In some instances, Windows users may see a message at the top of the browser (usually in a yellow box) asking if you want to view the content. If this is the case, select the options for allowing the tour to display.
