The handicap is safe for at least another few years. A big vote of thanks to Steve who has now passed the baton onto Steve.

I'll try not to drop too many clangers. Remember it IS only a bit of fun and a wonderful way to improve your fitness.

The main change is that it is to be held on THURSDAYS. Why? Cos I'm awkward and I thought that it was time to give those wonderful people who train the juniors on Tuesday, the chance to compete. Apologies to anyone who preferred Tuesday.

You could of course offer to take up the challenge when I pack in at the end of this year. Only joking! (Am I?)
